Return Eligibility & Time Window

We support hassle-free returns for all products. Customers may initiate a return request within our valid return window if they are not fully satisfied with the purchased products. All returned items must be in original, unused, unmarked, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers shall submit a return application through the official contact channel on our website Contact page. Our customer service team will review the application and provide formal return guidance within a reasonable time. Unauthorized returns without official confirmation will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm compliance with return standards, the full refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be completed and returned to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of funds may be slightly affected by the processing rules of different payment institutions.

Refund Exceptions

Customized prescription products that have been produced according to personal parameters are not eligible for unconditional returns unless there are product quality problems or production errors confirmed by our official inspection. Products damaged due to artificial use, improper storage, or private modification will not be supported for return or refund.
